1. Acceptance

By using MetaX Ads Academy (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the Site.

2. Free educational content — no guarantees

All course material is provided free of charge for educational purposes. Advertising revenue results vary enormously by niche, geography and execution. Nothing here is a promise of income, legal advice, or a guarantee of AdSense/Adsterra approval. Policies of Google, Adsterra and Cloudflare change; always verify against their current official documentation.

3. Intellectual property

The MetaX design system, lesson texts, exercises and quizzes are © MetaX Academy. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole lessons or mirror the Site. Code snippets shown in lessons are released for your free use in your own projects.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent it as your own work.
• Don't use the teachings to violate ad-network policies (e.g. incentivised clicks, deceptive placements). Doing so gets you banned — the course explicitly teaches the opposite.

5. Third-party links & ads

The Site links to and displays content from third parties (Google, Adsterra, Cloudflare and advertisers). We are not responsible for third-party content, products or policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ad revenue, account suspensions or ranking changes arising from applying the material.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get a new date above and a version bump. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
